Things You'll Need:
- Open roasting pan 5 lb. Italian sausage 2 green peppers 2-3 onions Oven

Step 1
Place Italian sausages in open roasting pan. Cook in 325 oven for 30 minutes or until most of the grease has cooked out. Turn sausages once to brown on both sides.

Step 2
Drain excess grease.

Step 3
Cut peppers in lengthwise strips, discarding seed and top.

Step 4
Peel and slice onions.

Step 5
Place slices of peppers and onions on top of sausages.

Step 6
Cover with foil and bake for another 30 minutes. Serve as is or in sandwich on Italian bread.
