How to Make a Homemade Snowglobe

People of all ages are captivated by the magic of snowglobes. Few people know what an easy project it is at home!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • A clean jar with a lid
  • Super glue
  • Glitter
  • A waterproof figurine or small toy
  • Water
  1. Step 1

    Using the super glue, carefully glue your figurine or toy to the inside of the jar lid. Allow this to dry thoroughly before proceeding to step 2.

  2. Step 2

    Fill the jar 3/4 full of water. Be careful not to over fill!

  3. Step 3

    Add glitter to the water.

  4. Step 4

    Spread a thin layer of glue along the rim of the jar and screw the lid on tightly. Allow the glue to dry.

  5. Step 5

    Turn the jar upside down and you have your homemade snowglobe!

Tips & Warnings
  • Decorate your snowglobe with stickers or glued-on jewels.
  • Always supervise children when using super glue.
