Fresh ripe oranges combined with flaked coconut make a delicious and colorful fruit salad. This salad adds fruit to your diet and makes a great side dish for breakfast, lunch, dinner or just about anytime as a healthy snack.

Things You'll Need:

  • 8 to 10 oranges
  • 1 package sweetened coconut flakes
  1. Step 1

    Peel oranges and discard peel.

  2. Step 2

    Slice oranges about 1/4 inch thick.

  3. Step 3

    Place oranges in a large bowl.

  4. Step 4

    Sprinkle sweetened coconut flakes over oranges. Gently toss.

  5. Step 5

    Put in refrigerator and chill.

Tips & Warnings
  • Cherries and other fruits can be added for addition color and flavor.
