Things You'll Need:
- Herbs
- Walking Shoes
- Good Doctor
- Loving Environment
-
Step 1
Talk to your doctor and see if he can suggest the best treatment. Many doctors are now looking into alternatives such as herbs. However, make sure the doctor you choose has your best interest.
-
Step 2
Exercise. Have you ever taken a small sprint and then felt a really nice rush afterwards that put a smile on your face?? Well that wasn't just you realizing you can finally run without having to have an oxygen mask. Chemicals in your body are giving you that uplifting feeling.
-
Step 3
Herbs are a good alternative but please be careful. Go to your local herb store and have the associate help you pick out what you need. They can even help you with dosage and possible side effects it could have with conventional medicines.
-
Step 4
Find a support system. Being in a negative environment can bring anyone down and keep them there. Make a list of things that negatively impact you and cut them out of your life!!
-
Step 5
Realize that if each site you visit says the same thing over and over again, then something must be working. You really have to help yourself because someone may be to concerned in their own life to notice that you can't handle yours. You must get up and keep going.

on 12/11/2007 Your article is better than mine. You are right: the depresion is a very serious condition and must be treated with more attention. Your article is the best. I will print it and show it to my friends. Thank you:)
