Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Things You’ll Need:
- Yourself
- Pride in the planet
- Good pair of shoes
- Inventive mind
Step1
First off lets look at the food we eat. If it isn't organic, whole and raw it probably isn't a good idea. Write down all your fav. vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds, and even sweetners like honey. It is much easier to find these items in your local grocery store. You can even find organic meats and lunch meats for sandwhiches.
Step2
Don't be scared to eat. So many people say cut your meals to cut calories. How about adding meals but with less food and healthier choices. You have to get your metabolism going. Look at this analogy: When starting a fire you put one log on at a time and let it catch and then you add more slower and steady but if you add it all at one time you have a small fire that ends up snuffing it self out cause of loss of oxygen.
Step3
Make a list around the house of small things that you don't need. Like a remote. You can get up to change channels. A dishwasher. Like my mother says "You are my dishwasher". Instead of buying weights, which are essential to losing weight, find items around the house that give you resistance.
Step4
Find a buddy ... everything is easier with a buddy. Go shopping together one to two times a week while carpooling. Save gas and park far away and have a fun fast paced competive walk to the door. Or if you are close enough walk or ride a bike. The items you buy can be your weight resistance workout on the way back home.
