Things You'll Need:
- 12 ounce of Tomato Paste
- 2 peeled Garlic cloves
- 3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 24 ounce of Milk
- 2 Bay leaves
- Salt

Step 1
In a saucepan pour the tomato paste with the Extra Virgin Olive oil, Sugar, Milk, Bay leaves, Garlic and Salt.

Mix well, cover and heat at High for 1 minute and then simmer for about 15 - 20 minutes.

Step 3
The Tomato sauce does not have to boil at any given time.
After the sauce is ready to serve, don’t forget to take out the Garlic and the Bay leaves, so your tomato sauce, will taste excellent.

on 9/28/2008 Tomato acid, will trigger an acid reflux in your stomach if you have that kind of acid reflux problems. Try to eat lasagna , pasta, or anything with tomato sauce with and without my sauce recipe and you will see the difference later.

on 9/27/2008 If you have acid reflux, the small amount of acidity in tomato sauce will not change anything. Stomach acid can have a pH around say 2 where tomato sauce might be 5. That means stomach acid is a thousand times more acidic. Reflux/heartburn are not worsened by "acidic foods" - a common myth - meat and alcohol for example give me worse reflux and they are neutral foods more or less.
