How to Make Quick and Easy Mayonnaise Rolls

The main dish is nearly done, your guests are arriving and suddenly you realize you forgot the rolls. The following recipe is a quick and easy solution and goes great with just about any meal. The ingredients are so simple that most cooks have them readily on hand and it takes less than 20 minutes to prepare.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 cup of self-rising flour
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 2 tbsp of mayonnaise
  • 6 cup muffin pan

    Mayonnaise Rolls

  1. Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Hand-mix the ingredients in a standard mixing bowl.

  2. Step 2

    Distribute the batter evenly into the cups of the muffin pan, filling each cup about halfway.

  3. Step 3

    Let them bake for about 15 minutes or until the tops of the rolls rise and turn golden brown.

  4. Step 4

    Once they come out of the oven, remove the rolls from the pan and allow to cool. Now enjoy these quick and easy mayonnaise rolls.

Tips & Warnings
  • If you double the recipe you get two extra rolls (14 instead of 12).
