Immediately hear the word "Vegas" and the cacophony of casino noise fills your head. Yes, casinos are the main attraction in Sin City, but there are a million other things to do in Vegas than sitting at the felt handing your money over. Here are just a few to consider.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

See a stunning show. Next to gaming, entertainment is becoming a major draw in Las Vegas. Whether it's O at the Bellagio, Elton John at Ceasar's, or that magician guy at the Monte Carlo, the choices are varied and usually high quality.

  2. Step 2

Eat amazing food. Not budget buffets, mind you, but top of the heap, world-class cuisine. Easily a three hour experience, fine dining is always memorable and never a waste of money. Choose from French at the Wynn, Japanese at Bellagio, or sushi at the Hard Rock; enjoy the incredible culinary variety Vegas has to offer.

  3. Step 3

Engage in retail therapy. Every major label has a stake in Las Vegas, and there is no shortage of fine stockists waiting to fulfill your latest Manolo need. If you can't blow 2K on a fabulous outfit, great shoes or fragrance are your best bets for men or women

  4. Step 4

Chill out at a decadent spa. Before your fabulous non-gaming weekend in Vegas comes to a close, try a sinfully contenting spa treatment at any one of the spas in Las Vegas. A personal favorite? The spa at the Wynn, one of the best on the planet!

Tips & Warnings
  • The money you'll save from not gambling is being spent wisely on your vacation. Enjoy yourself in Las Vegas, and have something to show for it!
