Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 pie shell (pre-made is ok)
  • 4 strips lean thick cut bacon
  • one half small jalepeno
  • one small onion
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatos
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 clove finely minced garlic
  • 1 chipotle chile
  1. Step 1

    Dice the bacon, onion, jalapeno, chipotle chile sautee in a skillet with the finely minced garlic. When the onions start to clear, add the tomato and simmer for 2 mins. Pour into pie shell.

  2. Step 2

    Blend the eggs, heavy cream, and milk until you have a smooth consistent color. Pour into pie shell with sautee'd ingredients.
    Bake at 350f for 30 to 40 minutes or until crust and quiche have a light golden color and the quiche is firm in the center.

  3. Step 3

    Let cool for 3 to 5 minutes and serve with a small fruit salad.

Tips & Warnings
  • Take your time, the results will be better
  • For those with diabetes or heart condition you will have to modify the recipe.
  • Do NOT overcook.
