Step1
Strive to gain between 15 and 25 pounds during your pregnancy. That is roughly two to three pounds a month gained mainly in your second and third trimester.

Follow a healthy, moderate diet and exercise each day. A daily walk is ideal. If you have questions about the nutritional content, consult with a doctor recommended nutritionist.

Do not attempt to loose weight. Now is definitely not the time for vanity. Losing weight while you are pregnancy could be very dangerous for you and your unborn baby. It is common to loose some weight in the first trimester due to morning sickness, however.
