How to Make Pork Stir Fry

In a bind for time and don't know what to fix for dinner. The family is getting tired of frozen pizzas and hamburger helper. Try this easy pork stir fry recipe, the family is sure to be pleased and you will be thrilled at how quick and easy it is.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • 3 to 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1 medium bell pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 to 4 cups of cooked rice
  • 3 tbsps of margarine or cooking oil
  • 1 can of cut green beans or 1 medium fresh tomato (optional)

Quick and Easy Pork Stir fry

Step1
Prep first by cutting the pork chops into thin half inch slices. Have the bell pepper and onion chopped and waiting.
Step2
In a large skillet or frying pan place the cut pork chops and margarine or cooking oil and cook on high heat. Once the pork is lightly cooked on the outside throw in the onion and bell pepper.
Step3
Once the pork chops, onion and bell pepper are thoroughly cooked put in the rice and stir. Depending on your tastes you can add a can of drained cut green beans or diced fresh tomato at this time.
Step4
After stirring, cut the heat down to low and let simmer for 5 to 10 minutes or until all ingredients are thoroughly warmed.
