Take two scoops of espresso and one cup of water and brew your coffee using a regular coffee machine or a French press.

  2. Step 2

Break a big chunk of dark chocolate into small pieces and place it in a cup.

  3. Step 3

Warm up the chocolate in the microwave till it's almost melted.

  4. Step 4

Pour about half a cup of the half & half over the chocolate and warm it again for about half a minute.

  5. Step 5

Pour the coffee over the half & half and chocolate.

  6. Step 6

Add one or two teaspoon/s of sugar to your drink and stir. Your drink is now ready.

Tips & Warnings
  • Dark chocolate chips work the best.
  • Whipped cream is not recommended, since the beverage has half & half instead of milk. If you'd like to garnish your mocha, pour a little chocolate syrup on top.
  • Be very careful when warming up half & half. Since it has higher fat percentage than milk, it warms up very quickly. It's best to test the warmth of it after 15 seconds and warm it up for more as needed.
