How to Have Fun as a Vegetarian at a Thanksgiving Dinner

Thanksgiving is days away. If you are invited to a Thanksgiving meal and your host and other party guest are not vegetarian it can be a little stressful. Here are some ways to cope and not starve this Thanksgiving.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    State what you are: Let the host know what you don't eat. Tell the specifically so that you wont have any embarassing moments. If you dont eat fish let them know , if you don't eat dariy products let them know.

  2. Step 2

    Now talk about what you do eat. Give your host some suggestions on some vegeterian recipes. This is crucial if you don't want to be left with carrots and dips.

  3. Step 3

    Ask the host if you can help with the cooking or bring your own dish. Bringing your own tasty veggie dish can show you host and other party guest that eating healthy can taste great.

  4. Step 4

    Show your sucess. If your new to vegeterian diets try your best to stay away from the meat. It may be tempting but you can beat it!

  • Make sure you don't offend your host after all it is there there party.
