One of the more difficult tasks in fantasy football, after drafting your team, is deciding on which players to start on a weekly basis.
Just because you drafted a particular player higher than another, it doesn't mean that you have to start him every week.
Here's a few things to keep in mind each week as you set a lineup.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Check to see if a player is actually playing that week. Injuries and bye weeks will keep a player out of your starting lineup.

  2. Step 2

Check to see which defense your player is going to face that week. Check and see how he's done in past games against that team. A player facing a weak defense or with a history of doing well against that team is a must start.

  3. Step 3

Check the weather reports for the city each game is being played in. Bad weather will affect players' output.

Tips & Warnings
  • The best approach is to monitor injury and weather reports up to the very last minute your league allows starting lineup changes.
