Things You'll Need:
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas
- Two tablespoons vegan mayo OR one tablespoon hummus and one tablespoon soy milk
- A handful (about 5) baby carrots, chopped
- One celery stalk, chopped
- Two teaspoons soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Drain and empty the chickpeas into a medium bowl. Using a fork, smash the chickpeas to a chunky paste.

Add vegan mayo OR hummus and soymilk and stir with fork until well blended.

Add soy sauce, salt and pepper, carrots and celery. Mix together thoroughly.

Serve on a green salad, in a sandwich or as a dip.
