Things You’ll Need:
- 8 egg yolks
- 1 cup of sugar
- 4 cups of milk
- 8oz. of semi-sweet chocolate
- 2/3 cup of dark rum
Step1
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until it is thickened. Pour the milk into a large pan.
Step2
Grate the chocolate and add it to the milk. Bring it to a boil, then remove it from the heat and gradually beat in the egg yolk mixture.
Step3
Stir in the rum and pour into heat proof glasses. Then enjoy the new twist on an old holiday favorite.
