You are on a low-carb diet but you still want to go to the gym and put your body through a strenuous workout. It's difficult when your body is already starved of carbs.

Things You'll Need:

  • Water
  • A lot of rest and sleep
  • Sugarfree Energy Drinks
  1. Step 1

    It's best to start your workout early in the morning, before you expend your energy on the rest of the day. Try to have a quick breakfast and head out to the gym.

  2. Step 2

    Have plenty of water available. When you start to feel faint, have a few gulps to cool yourself down.

  3. Step 3

    You probably won't be able to get in more than 20-30 minutes of a good and intense workout. Do not push yourself beyond this limit. Trust me, it's not beneficial to your body and muscles.

  4. Step 4

    Come back in the evening if you feel that you need to continue or complete your workout. Try not to do this earlier than 4 hours or later than 8hrs after your initial workout.

  5. Step 5

    As always have a lot of water available and plenty of rest afterwards. Aid yourself with a sugarfree energy drink. Redbulls or Rockstars are good options.

  6. Step 6

    Have an uninterrupted good night's sleep. Use earplugs if you know there is construction around your area. Your body needs to relax after all it has gone through.

Tips & Warnings
  • Try to work out at least three times a week for maximum results.
  • Stay away from sugary products as much as possible.
  • Do not push yourself once you feel faint. Your body will need to rest at that point.
