This article is to help those new mothers, or those who have never had morning sickness to cope with the everyday nausea. Trust me, after having seven children and morning sickness with a couple of them, this definitely works !

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1
B-6 is the miracle for morning sickness

Always take a b-6 vitamin as soon as you wake up in the morning before eating or drinking anything. B-6 honestly takes away the nauseated feeling that pregnancy can bring. As a mother of seven children, this wonderful little pill did wonders for my morning sickness.

  2. Step 2
Hot Ginger Ale, not cold !

After taking the b-6, pour yourself a glass of hot ginger ale and about 5 saltines. Take small sips and small bites until the saltine cracker is gone. I know it can be difficult, but trust me you will feel better once something is in your stomach. Besides if you can keep it down just 20 minutes your body will have absorbed something.

  3. Step 3
Bread helps to absorb... USE IT !

Next, always keep a bottle of hot soda, preferably ginger ale or sprite and some white bread at your reach. Whenever you start to feel any nausea, take a sip of the soda and a piece of white bread.

Tips & Warnings
  • Take 2 antacids as soon as you wake up and when you go to sleep
  • Warm baths help to relax your body when your feeling nauseated.
  • KEEP away from the food that you LOVE when your not pregnant. For some reason you always get nauseated by those specific foods.
