A positive attitude and outlook almost always leads to positive situations and endings.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • An open mind.
  1. Step 1

First of all sit back and think of the situation at hand, consider who is the person or people that are the most directly involved.

  2. Step 2

Now consider what are the options or choices are available regarding the issue, if there are more than one. Look at both ends of the spectrum as to what the end result possibilities are.

  3. Step 3

Now focus on the best outcome that you were able to think of. Now keep that thought on your mind throughout the entire situation.

  4. Step 4

This is what makes staying positive so difficult, you must positively hope for the best, however do not forget the possibility of the not so pleasant outcomes that came to mind. I am not saying to expect them, just advising that forgetting them is not a wise think to do. Keep those filed in the back of your mind.

Tips & Warnings
  • Always keep that upbeat personality. Remember that the outcome of every situation may not be what your positive outlook may have been, that does not make it bad, think about the worse scenario you had imagined, now which ending was really less positive for those involved? Always remember, your surroundings effect you and your attitude, therefore if you keep company with negative people you too will share their negative attitude, and you will constantly have negative outcomes. Train yourself to stay positive every moment of every day to ensure a positive life for yourself and those close to you.
  • Do not read if you enjoy being miserable with a negative attitude.
