Use your Sundays or Saturdays to prepare meals for the whole week. Don't waste your time in the kitchen after you've worked all day. Pull from the refrigerator your already prepared meal. You can start by buying chicken wings, and drumsticks in a large package. Hamburger 2 lbs, jar of already prepared spaghetti sauce. Hotdogs, and buns, with a can of chilli sauce, a bottle of barbecue sauce. You should have onions, celery, green pepper, and some garlic salt, or pure garlic. Now you are ready to begin. Start with heating up the oven, because you will be cooking your meatloaf, chicken wings, chicken drumsticks, all at one time. So fix the chicken wings, wash, and put them in a pan, seasoning them with garlic salt, and other seasonings as you like. Be sure and have enough oil at the bottom of the pan, and cover them before putting them in the oven. You will add barbecue sauce when they are almost done. Next put your chicken drumsticks after washing them in a pan that has been oiled. Season them and place them in the pan, with a lid or aluminum foil over them. Easy to fix your hamburger by browning, then add onions, celery, green peppers, and mushrooms if you like them. When you have browned all of the ingredients, cover and simmer until almost done, then add your spaghetti sauce and simmer. When done place in the refrigerator, until ready to add the spaghetti during the week. Make your meatloaf next, season you hamburger with cloves of garlic, green peppers, celery, and other seasoning. You can add bread crumbs, or croutons for texture. Mix well, you may want to add an egg. Place the chicken wings, chicken drumsticks, and meatloaf in the over and bake at 350o for 15 minutes and then 300o for 1 hour. Take out and cool, then put in the freezer for the week. You have just prepared your own frozen dinners for the week, and no preservative were added. Your last meal is simple, have hotdogs, and put the chilli on them before serving for dinner. You have just prepared you whole week's menu without taking up a lot of time each day, when you come home from work.
