Here's a method that will heal your wound or cut in no time. It is based on a powerful system of folk religion and magic known as Pow-Wow.

For fast relief and healing, do the following:

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 4 pieces of dried pine or other wood. Each piece must be of equal length.

Take 4 pieces of wood. Tap each one gently on the wound as you say the following 4 times:

  2. Step 2

    Upon Golgatha, upon Golgatha
    Upon Cypress, upon Cypress
    Upon Arrorat, upon Arrorat
    Thy pains shall flee
Thy pains shall sink up the deep sea
As this wood burns, thy pain be sunk
    Thy wounds be healed.

  3. Step 3

Then go outside and burn the wood. That's all there is to it! Healing will soon be on its way.

on 7/11/2009 Not so much magic, as an invocation to the christian demigod
'jesus. The mention of Arrorat is an alliteration to Mount Ararat where the myth of the global flood ends.

This incantation is most likely from the middle ages, when such invocations were common 'white' folk magic practices.

Yes, very interesting. Thanks for the posting of it
