Things You'll Need:
- 4 pieces of dried pine or other wood. Each piece must be of equal length.

Upon Golgatha, upon Golgatha
Upon Cypress, upon Cypress
Upon Arrorat, upon Arrorat
Thy pains shall flee
Thy pains shall sink up the deep sea
As this wood burns, thy pain be sunk
Thy wounds be healed. -
Step 3
Then go outside and burn the wood. That's all there is to it! Healing will soon be on its way.

'jesus. The mention of Arrorat is an alliteration to Mount Ararat where the myth of the global flood ends.
This incantation is most likely from the middle ages, when such invocations were common 'white' folk magic practices.
