Little guys have to aim and fire!

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging

Things You’ll Need:

  • Underwear
  • Potty Chair
  • Other children
Step1
Potty King Potty chairs with bells and whistles are great. Boys like noise and colors it most helpful. If you have more then one little guy he can take his brother to the bathroom.
Step2
Training pants Plastic pants work better then pull-ups they allow children to feel the accident happening and they will not like the feeling. But as the parent a good pair should not leak right away!!
Step3
Mattress Cover Try not to give them anything to drink after seven and ask do you need to use the bathroom. It is really helpful to purchase a plastic mattress cover!

Tips & Warnings

  • Reward them when they use the bathroom
  • Stay consistent with asking them do they need to use the bathroom
  • Make it a family affair get everyone to pitch in
  • Being around other children there own age helps allot they teach each other
  • Potty training is like tough love you have to allow them to be uncomfortable
  • When they wet there pants make them apart of washing the clothes
  • Set the alarm clock for the middle of the night to wake them up if possible
  • Keep a emergency change of clothes when traveling

on 12/5/2007 When my daughter would use the potty chair I whould say, Oh My goodness look what you did, I am so proud of you, Then one day we she came running out fo the bathroom yelling, "I pooped in the potty" she was so proud of herself. She is 27 tears old now and still loves to hear that story. Great tips.
