Brush and roller cleaner is a terrific invention that does so much more than clean up after painting. Try it around the house for lots of cleaning problems.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Clean vinyl and plastic laminate surfaces quickly and easily in kitchens and bathrooms. It also takes fingerprints and smudge marks from chrome, stainless steel and other metal surfaces.

  2. Step 2

Remember all those awful crayon scribbles and pencil drawings you used to scrub off the walls? Usually you had to repaint them. Use a little brush and roller cleaner and they'll come right off just about any surface. You can also take off the sticky mess left by price tags and any kind of tape quickly and easily.

  3. Step 3

Use it on your car to clean up grease and oil, tar gunk from the road and exhaust grime. You can even clean your hands with it after you work on the car.

  4. Step 4

Dissolve smoke stain marks in the kitchen and cigarette stains on nearly anything. It works terrific on glass shower doors as well.

  5. Step 5

Remember to use it for your paint brushes - even the stiffest brushes often respond and clean up and become supple again. Before painting, use it to wipe down your prepared surface to remove any residue from sanding or other products.

Tips & Warnings
  • Any brush and roller cleaner will do--no need to buy the most expensive. Be sure it is Brush and Roller Cleaner, though and not some other paint product like paint thinner or turpentine for example.
  • Don't use this on any newly painted surfaces.
  • Always test a tiny hidden spot before using this or any new cleaner of surfaces.
