1. If you have never met the persons family, been out on a date, or been to their home. Good sense should kick in at this point the clip board and the checklist comes in handy.

2. Check off the values you would like to see in a person. Exactly what is compatible how important is the appearance factor. Attraction is not enough this will not sustain past a year.

3. Always have honesty talks so that everyone is on the same page. Listening as well as talking is important to sustain anything. Plants need water people need attention to.
