Instructions

Difficulty: Easy
Step1
Learn the proper time to ask questions and talk to your coach. If you have a problem or issue with what your role is on the team, try to pick a time when few people are around and the coach is not too busy.
Step2
Know how to ask appropriate questions. Always ask questions in a positive manner. Example: How can I improve my skills? Not--Why am I not a starter?
Step3
Always talk objectively. Emotions can be high on both sides. Things said in the heat of an argument may be regretted, so always to to a coach when you are not emotional!

Tips & Warnings

  • Stay positive!
  • Be a team player!
  • Keep the team as a whole your primary focus!
  • Good communication will follow!
