Its coming upon us, Flu Season. This dreaded season is the worst for children, pregnant women and the elderly. Keep yourself and your family healthy this flu season with these wonderful tips.

Things You'll Need:

  • Clorox
  • Flu Shot
  • Mop
  • Disenfectant Spray
  • Immune System booster
  1. Step 1

    First off, everyone needs to get the flu shot. If you intend to be around any human this winter, then you need to get this important shot.

  2. Step 2

    Clean your sinks, toilets, and floors with hot water and a cap full of Clorox.

  3. Step 3

    Spray door handles, phones, toys, light switches and all knobs in your home with the disinfectant spray.

  4. Step 4

    Always wipe down surfaces with Clorox wipes.

  5. Step 5

    Always wash your hands for at least 30 seconds with warm water and antibacterial soap.

  6. Step 6

    Now in 2007/2008 there are new over the counter medications and food that you can take to help boost your immune system to insure you stay your healthiest. Try these products this flu season and see how well they work. You can also rely on ole' trusty, fresh squeezed orange juice and vitamins!

Tips & Warnings
  • When out and about or after you kids get off the school bus use the liquid water free hand sanitizer!
  • Stay away from sick people at all costs!
