Since I am older and live alone in an apartment, I have had to come up with creative new ways to take off weight when I need to. This is a great plan and it works very well.
Make a list of food items you enjoy eating .... hopefully some or maybe many of these items are good for you. If there is any way you can ... then pre make and freeze as many as possible of these items.
Step2
When you wake up in the morning .... drink water .... don't eat until you are really hungry .... because the later you start eating the less you can consume in that day.
Step3
When you are ready to eat ..... eat whatever YOU WANT ......by eating what you have an urge for ... you will be satisified.....also eat it very slow and savor every bite.
Step4
Again .... with lunch repeat step 3.......to the letter.... wait ...... eat what you want ......... eat slow......... and repeat this process for as many meals that you feel you must have.
Step5
Now that we have the food thing out of the way .... here is what you will do for the exercise part. If you watch TV lying on the couch then do leg lifts first while lying on one side then on the other. Then do arm lifts and other arm exercises. Stand up and for 10 minute interverls,place your hands on your hips and turn from side to side ... keeping your feet in place. Anytime you are laying down or sitting, keep some part of your body moving at all times.
Tips & Warnings
If you arn't drinking 4-6 (16 oz) bottles of water each day then you are doing this the wrong way.
Try to add as much fruit and low cal items as you can ...... but remember it is important to get what you are craving.
Also check the internet for more low impact or sitting exercises.
The key to this diet is the water, being satisfied with what you actually WANT to eat, and always keep something moving.
