Things You'll Need:
- Computer
- Printer
- Paper
- Agenda
- Hole Puncher
-
Step 1
Free Planner PagesNavigate your internet browser to the DIY Planner Pages website (see Resources, below) to find free planner page templates, a blog, interactive forum and more resources to help you download and use free planner pages.
-
Step 2
Planner PagesClick on the "Templates" tab on the upper right hand side of the web page to locate free planner pages. You can then choose from the official DIY Planner Pages templates and a library of user-contributed free planner pages. You will likely wind up using some from each. The official DIY planner pages have great basic calendar and planner pages sets, and the user-contributed templates feature custom pages and a great variety of extras (such as a dinner menu, extra budget forms and more).
-
Step 3
Sample AgendaSelect the correct size free planner page templates, which depends upon the day planner you own. Since you will be punching the holes yourself, you simply need to make sure the page size is right for your planner.
-
Step 4
Select and print the free planner pages that you need. Practice on one or two to make sure the layout and size are correct before printing the whole month or year's worth of free planner pages.
-
Step 5
Punch holes in your free day planner pages once they are printed. You will need to adjust the placement of the hole punchers to match the rings in your binder-style day planner.
-
Step 6
Organized AgendaPlace your free planner pages into your day planner organizer. The great thing is that you can easily customize what you add to your planner. You can download free planner pages online to fit into your Franklin Covey Planner, DayTimer, DayRunner, the 365 Organizer line by FranklinCovey or other agenda set.
