In case of a wide-spread emergency, the disaster recovery team should keep detailed contact nformation to stay in touch with:
- vendors
- clients
- local government and law enforcement
- FEMA

  • Ideally the members of your team should be available and on call at all times, with detailed contact information.
  • Every department should have a designated leader or director to guide operations in an emergency situation.
