- Staying Organized
- Your Wedding

Step 1
After you announce your engagement it is time to start planning your wedding. You can began by getting a notebook something like a three ring binder with dividers this is to keep all of your information together throughout the planning process. At first it will be used for ideas then afterwards used for the actual details of your dream wedding.
-
Step 2
Now that you are ready to get organized it is time to go look through magazines and online at the different wedding vendors and items. If you see something you like such as a particular wedding dress style print it out or rip it out of the magazine and place it in your notebook. Once you have the various items and different vendors you will need you can go shopping. If you have all of your ideas in your notebook with you can show the vendors exactly what you feel you want and then you can look at things in person and try on dresses to make the right decisions.
-
Step 3
As you start to make decisions you can replace the magazine clippings with actual vendor information that way you keep everything from how much you owe to when your vendor meetings our in one location. As well as doing this if you keep some notebook paper in the binder you can take notes during your meetings to help you decide if they are the right vendor for your wedding.
As a final thought you find that this will not only ease the planning process, but it will make your life so much easier. I found myself personally that this type of organization made the planning process less stressful and much more enjoyable and the process should be as an enjoyable as possible for you.
