Want to know a workout, where you can lose calories the quickest? Running sprints is what you are looking for if you answered yes.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

    Lace up the running shoes and head to the running surface.

  2. Step 2

    Go for a warm up run accompanied with some stretches.

  3. Step 3

    The time now has come to run the sprints. At your hardest, run for a distance. For longer distances, the difficulty rating increases.

Tips & Warnings
  • Bringing a stopwatch can help you improve but are not required
  • Difficulty rating goes up, the longer the distance.
