This is an easy Crab Artichoke Dip your friends will LOVE! My friends beg me to make it!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 6oz can crabmeat (drained)
  • 1 8oz package cream cheese
  • 2 t. thinly sliced green onion
  • 2 cloves pressed garlic
  • small jar marinated artichoke hearts (sliced)
  • 1 c. mayo
  • 1 c. shredded parmesan cheese
  • dash salt and pepper
  1. Step 1

Mix cream cheese and mayo in medium sized mixing bowl with fork.

  2. Step 2

Mix in crab, green onion, salt, pepper, garlic, 3/4 c. parmesan, and artichoke hearts

  3. Step 3

Spread into small baking dish (I use a small, square, ceramic dish), top with remaining parmesan, and bake for 20-25 minutes on 375F or until golden brown and bubbling!

Tips & Warnings
  • Serve with sliced sourdough baguette or paremesan crustini!
  • Instead of baking in the pan, fill white mushroom tops with the dip and bake for stuffed mushrooms!
  • You can serve warm or chilled!
  • Easy for potlucks!
  • All ovens cook differently- make sure you watch the first time to ensure it doesn't burn or bakes long enough for your taste.
  • If you work with friends, be prepared to make this for them outside of potlucks! Mine are hooked!
