OK... for 4 days write down what you eat and when you eat it.
Step2
Take the information that you gathered from the 4 days and add (2) items to it each day. Preferably ice cream,candy,cake or pie.
Step3
Now in addition to the above step 2.......add an entire fast food meal to the program. So now you are eating,(in addition to what you have always eaten),the (2) extra items per day plus an entire fast food meal. Do this plan until you have achieved your optimal weight ..... then to maintain just do the plan one day per week.
Tips & Warnings
I know this sounds like a lot of Junk food eating but it really is not since you don't plan on eating it every day for the rest of your life.
