How do we make Marines - Leadership by Example. Marines are trained to be successful in battle and in life. What can we as civilians learn from these principles.
"We Though Them Up". We Demand Obedience." This past is called Self-Discipline. That's what gets you to work everyday and gives you confidence.

Hard Work - It builds character - It's a habit of mind. "We Instill Motivation" and also "We Insist On Teamwork". Teamwork - Is where everything is easier, and you feel better when you help someone else. "We Work Them Hard", "We Keep Them Busy", and "We Honor Tradition".
Step3
Honoring Tradition - Teach your children in life to be a part of something. This something is larger than themselves. That, Is How We Make Marines.

Yes marines lead by example but that's not the only way. Where did you find these principles because they are not any marine corps principles i know of.
