How to Make Pumpkin Spice Cookies.

We all enjoy finding new ideas for Halloween. This recipe is another way of using pumpkin or squash. I did get this article in kind of late, but there is always next year. Just add it to your Halloween recipes.

Things You’ll Need:

• 3/4 cup mayonnaise.
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar.
• 1 1/2 cup dark brown sugar.
• 3 cups flour.
• 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder.
• 1 tsp. baking soda.
• 1 tsp. salt.
• 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon.
• 1/2 tsp. nutmeg.
• 1/2 tsp.ginger.
• 1 1/2 cups pumpkin or squash.
• 3/4 cup raisins.

1. Mix ingredience. Mix together mayonnaise, and sugars, then cream until fluffy. Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture in fourths, alternately with pumpkin, in thirds, stirring each addition just enough to combine.
2. Add raisins. Add raisins. I also like adding a few chopped walnuts.
3. Drop cookie dough onto cookie sheet. Drop by heaping tablespoons onto greased cookie sheet. Bake in 375 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
4. Decorate if desired. After cookies are done and cooled, you can frost or decorate if desired.
