This is the easiest pecan pie recipe ever!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 unbaked 9" pie shell
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1 1/4 cup pecans
  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 375º F

  2. Step 2

    Beat the eggs, vanilla, sugar & salt with an electric mixer, on low setting.

  3. Step 3

    Add butter & syrup & mix in pecans. Best to put your mixer aside and use a spoon for this.

  4. Step 4

    Top pie with pecans for decoration if you like. Bake 40-45 minutes in pie shell.

Tips & Warnings
  • Allowing your pie to cool will give best results. Pie will be more solid and safer to eat.
  • Add whipped cream or ice cream to your pie. YUMMY!
  • Ovens are hot, Heat and steam will burn. please do not burn yourself. Use oven mitts.
  • Allow pie to cool before eating.
