How to Forget About Depression

Almost every second,an adult in the world has experienced depression at least once in their lives. I want to offer my own way to get rid of depression without medicines.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Step1
Start your day planning to do something nice today for yourself. Go and enjoy nature: surround yourself with beautiful pictures of nature, castles, nice inspiring images and your favorite things.
Step2
Think like this is your last day on the earth and you'd better enjoy it. Look at the world from a different point of view: imagine that you are coming from another place and you are a spirit dressed in your body, who has the chance to check how is to live on this world. What matters is to experience new adventures.
Step3
Think ahead about finishing your day with some nice event with your friends or family. It might be the late evening, what matters is to have something nice in your mind.
Step4
Think about future goals and dreams. Pray to God to help you to achieve these goals.
Step5
Do something nice and good for someone: tell somebody something nice, send nice letter or card, give to a charity, help someone in need. You will be surprised how nice and inspired you will feel after this act.
Step6
Focus on your breathing: breathe freely and deep. Focus on your image in the mirror: dress your favorite clothes and take care of your look to like yourself when you look yourself in the mirror.
Step7
Go outside for a walk as often as possible and breathe fresh air. It this don't help: find yourself a new date.

Tips & Warnings

  • Avoid negative feelings and negative people. These tend to increase your depression.
  • Smiling and laughing helps chase the blues away.
