We have all been there. . . sever nausea, spinning room, dry mouth, shaky hands, the feeling of death. There are plenty of ways to help cope with the pains of the dreaded hangover. It does not have to be all that bad.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • vodka
  • bloody mary mix
  • hot sauce
  • horseradish
  • ice
  • beer/wine/drink of your choice
  • lemon
  • advil
  • comfy bed
  • celery
  • salt and pepper
  1. Step 1

The First thing you need to do when you wake up is muster up the energy to get to the kitchen and make the perfect hangover remedy: The Bloody Mary. In a glass, mix, ice, bloody Mary mix, hot sauce to taste, a shot or two of vodka, a little lemon juice, horseradish, salt, pepper, and big stalk of celery.

  2. Step 2

Drink the Bloody Mary while sitting in a comfortable chair and watching thoughtless television programs.

  3. Step 3

See how you feel. Repeat steps 1 and 2 if you are not feeling better.

  4. Step 4

Take 3 advil and go back to bed for a few hours.

  5. Step 5

Wake up, shower, and nurse a few drinks of your choice for the rest of the day. You should drink slowly enough so that you do not repeat your drunken state from the previous night. You need to drink enough to ward of the pain from the hangover.

  6. Step 6

    Go to bed early.

  7. Step 7

Wake up the next day, feeling refreshed and happy.

  8. Step 8

Take a day off from drinking.

Tips & Warnings
