Tuna just sounds fishy, doesn't it? When preparing your albacore fillet, using this recipe, you will be delighted in the wonderfully mild, but delicious taste! I have served this to avid fish haters and they gobble it down and usually are poking around for another helping! This fish recipe also makes for the ultimate tuna fish sandwiches when flaked apart and mixed with mayo and a couple stocks of green onions sliced thin. Serve the tuna salad on some grilled sourdough bread with melted cheese and you'll have yourself a gourmet, unforgettable tuna melt! Enjoy!
