How to Relieve Cramps

We all have experienced some sort of discomfort with cramps. This is a tea you can make that will help alleviate them

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Wintergreen, Chamomile, Clover, Valerian, Mint, Water
  1. Step 1

    Boil 1 quart of water

  2. Step 2

    Take 2 pinches of each herb and add to the boiling water

  3. Step 3

    Lower the flame and let boil for one minute while stirring

  4. Step 4

    Remove from stove and let it cool to you liking

Tips & Warnings
  • This mixture can also be made into a warm compress and applied directly to the area that hurts. Steps - place 2 tbsp of each herb into a cloth strainer, boil 2 quarts of water, insert the strainer into the boiling water, let it boil for 3 minutes, remove and let it sit for 4 minutes, take the paste and make a compress pouch and apply to the area that hurts
