A great out look on life and great people around you
Step1
First take an inventory of your own personal acheivements
Step2
Ask yourself why you feel upset or how can you turn your anger into energy
Step3
surround yourself with positive people, go to semminars, read self improvement books, or listen to insperational tapes, like TONY ROBBINS
Step4
Exersice, or take tai chi it feels great and really relaxes the mind and body!
Step5
If none of this helps go find someone who has a worse story than you do. These people are out there they are on the streets homeless and begging for food and shelter.
Step6
The last and final step to happiness is to go out and help one of these people believe me you will forget all your problems and you will feel 1000 times better about yours
