Step1
Square off against your opponent or punching bag. Elbows tucked with your hands high enough to protect your chin and temples.
Step2
Take a small step toward your opponent and punch with your lead hand (aiming for the chin) bring back that hand to the same spot it came from. While the lead is coming back to "guard" push with your back foot and punch with your rear hand. While that hand is coming back to "guard" stand on the ball of your lead foot, hold your lead arm at a 90 degree angle parallel to the ground, palm in, and throw a hook.
Step3
Bring your lead hand back to guard following the same path it came from. After the combo make sure your hands are still high so you can block as you back away. Also make sure to circle out away from your opponents rear hand while backing out.
