Pudding is one of the most popular desserts, loved by anybody from a child to an aged person. At times it can be a means to overcome many difficult situations. A soft pudding can melt many hard hearts.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • For 6-8 pieces
  • Milk 1 Lt
  • Eggs - 4
  • Cashew Nuts
  • Raisins
  • Bread - 2 pieces with the side crumbs removed
  • Vanilla Essence
  • Sugar
Step1
Boil the milk for quite some time so that it is now around 600ml and a bit thicker than before, for best results use full cream milk.
Step2
Allow the milk to cool down. Add sugar to it (as much sweet as you prefer) Then add the eggs and beat the mixture to be smooth enoough.
Step3
Smash the bread with the side crumbs removed and add it to the mixture and again beat and mix very well to avoid formation of lumps.
Step4
Add Cashew and Raisins and a few drops of vanilla essence. Put the mixture in a microwave safe bowl for about 5-6 minutes until the mixture becomes semi solid i.e.soft but not liquid either.
Step5
After it is done i.e. the semi solid state is reached then take the bowl and allow it to cool for sometime and then put in the refrigerator. Allow it to cool for sometime and when completely cooled take it out of the fridge and cut into pieces.... So thats the pudding delicious and ready to eat.
