Intuitions to most people is their “Gut reaction” response to a problem. On the pother hand it is considered to be out intelligence unconscious. Our minds have taught us that it can work in several speeds; slow, contemplative thought: deliberate thought, and intuition. In fact, intuition is often responsible for helping us solve most of our decisions in life and some times that intuition is wrong, So, how can we improve our intuitions?

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Step1
Become an expert on yourself and the power of intuition. So, let’s say you are making a decision to buy a house. You need to find out all there is to know about closing cost, interest rates, and other house related information. The more the mind has knowledge on the subject the better your intuition radar will work.
Step2
Pay attention to your feelings.
This is that gut reaction that we all have, if we just listen to it. Your body has a built in mechanism that lets you know when you are nervous, hungry, and yes, when you are uneasy.
Step3
The lesson to trust your intuition when thinking about difficult to predict. In most cases, the second-guessing that people do, is the wrong answer.
Step4
Keep you mind active. Use brain training software and games to keep your intuition sharp. There are several games even Nintendo with Brain Training Software. These exercise can slow down the brain’s ageing process, can help improve memory, and improve learning. Playing Sudoku puzzles is great for strategy development.
Step5
Train you intuition. Make a journal of all you daily decisions that you made with ease and a list of the ones that were hard and had some resistance. Now, determine which ones were made from a snap decision that you knew was right and which ones were solved my gathering information. And don’t forget the wrong decisions. You can learn from them.
Step6
Maintain a balance. The key to effectively improving our intuition in your life is by creating a balance. Keep the snap judgments to a hand full and learn how to beware that you are using snap judgments.

Tips & Warnings

  • Never ignore you sick-to the-stomach reaction.
  • Don’t fall for false hopes that we all add to our decisions, keep to the factional information.
  • Don’t overload your self with information or it can lead to second-guessing.
