Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Step1
Keep Tools Within Your Reach -Make sure you have all the necessary cleaning supplies in the room you want to clean. You might want to keep duplicates around the different areas of your house so you don't have to go looking every time you want to start a new project.
Step2
Visualize the Finished Product-Take a minute to imagine what the room will look like when you are done. Think about the atmosphere and how it will look when it's all done.
Step3
Add some audio effects- Play your favorite music or audio book.
Step4
Make it a game- set a timer and see how many "points" you can get before time runs out. For example set the timer for 10 minutes and see how many articles of clothing you can fold during that time.
Step5
Make it a team effort- Invite a friend over to help you clean if you promise to reciprocate. You can keep each other on track and have some fun in the process.
