2. Once an agreement is made search for a jewelry department store that specializes in custom made rings and fits into the budget
3. Display the ring that the soon to be spouse has chosen to be designed
4. The department store may or may not be able to do what could be such a difficult task if the details are too intricate choose another department store
5. Get the perfected ring size and then go back to make sure that it still fits and make sure you are satisfied with the design
6. Once satisfied make a down payment if recommended to start the process of receiving the ring or pay in full if funds are available
