Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Step1
Get plenty of rest the night before. Sure, it may be tempting to cut loose at the rehearsal dinner with several glasses of wine, especially after all of the tedious planning. But you will be better served to keep drinks to a minimum and turn in at a decent hour. The morning of your wedding, let yourself sleep long enough to feel rested but not lethargic.
Step2
Enjoy breakfast or brunch with your bridesmaids at a little bistro or fun restaurant. Or, go out for coffee and a bagel on your own if you want some alone time to reflect.
Step3
Get a massage or a manicure along with your hair appointment. Schedule your appointments early in the day so you aren’t rushed and let yourself be pampered.
Step4
Check in with your sweetie. Call or text him to let him know how excited you are to meet him at the end of the aisle.
Step5
Take it slow. This day will go by faster than you can imagine and if you aren’t careful, the reception can pass you by before you realize you’ve barely spent time with your husband. Plan to steal him away for a few minutes from the scene to reconnect.
