Things You'll Need:
- 2 Cloves of Garlic, finely chopped
- Half of a Medium Green Pepper, chopped into small pieces
- Half of a Medium Red Bell Pepper, chopped into small pieces
- Half of an Onion, chopped into small pieces
- One Medium Tomato, chopped into small pieces
- Olive Oil
- Salt to taste
- Optional: Jalapeno or Habernero Pepper
- Medium Frying Pan

Step 1
Pour a small amount of olive oil into the pan over a medium-low flame.

Add the peppers and garlic. Sauté for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the onion and sauté for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the tomato and salt to taste, and cook for another 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 5
When the peppers are soft and there is a bit of tomato ‘juice’ at the bottom of the pan, you know it is ready.

Step 6
Serve immediately on top of Tortilla Espanola, Bocadilla de Tortilla Espanola or with rice and beans.
