How to Host a Scrapbooking Crop.

Gather your Friends and share your Pictures and Scrapbooks together and enjoy a day of fun and long talks.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate

Things You’ll Need:

• Invitations.
• Lits of Friends and Family members who love to scrapbook.
• Scrapbooking Tools.
• Light Refreshments.
• Tables.
• Chairs.

1. Gather a list of the names of Friends you would like to invite and distribute the Invitations.
2. Set up several tables and chairs. Allow each Guest to have their own 8 feet of table space if possible.
3. A Sizzix Machine is nice tool to share with other Scrapbook Artists. If you own a Cricut or Sizzix machine, have them and any other Scrapbooking Tools available for Guests to use. Encourage Guests to bring their own personal supplies.
4. Junk Food is a trademark Scrapbooking snack! Serve Snacks and light Refreshments.

Tips & Warnings

• Think about charging a small fee for Admission if you are renting a large Hall. This will allow the space to pay for itself and any leftover funds can go towards Food and Drinks.
• Encourage Guests to bring their own Beverages to keep at their table. But have Coffee, Soda or Bottled water available for guests who forgot their Drinks at home.
• Make sure to space Guests at least 8 feet apart. Scrapbooker's love their working space.
• Prepare for Guests to arrive early and stay late. Scrapbooker's love to work late into the night to finish Books and Projects.
• Remind Guests to leave the kids at home. It is a Big no-no to bring Little Ones to all day Crop Parties.
