  • 2 tbsp. roast beef drippings

  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch

      Drain 2 tbsp. of drippings out of a roast pan into a saucepan, and place the pan on the stove with the burner set on medium high. Add 2 tbsp. of cornstarch to the drippings and pour in about a 1/4 cup of water to the mixture.

      Stir the mixture in the saucepan with a spatula until it starts to thicken, and slowly add 2 cups of milk to the gravy, stirring in a little at a time to get the right consistency.
